Japanese Garden

I've only ever been once to a Chinese Garden, it was in Sydney (Aus) in 2002 and as you described it's so peaceful and tranquil, you could spend your day simply listening to the running water or staring at the plants all around
i love the brilliant colours adding a quietness and a feeling of contentement to the peace of the whole setting.
